Return Policy

You may return unused and unopened items within
30 days of you receiving your order for a full refund. We only pay for the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.). We will ask for picture confirmation, if you received an error on your order or any damages on the items. Please do not discard any of the items or packages until you inquire with customer service as you may be asked for picture confirmation.

Please note: If your order is past the 30 days, we reserve the right to decline your return/refund request. No Exceptions.

If a return request has been approved, you should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of returning your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (
2-3 business days).

We can only ship within the continental U.S. at this time. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada.

All orders placed will ship out the next business day. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday. We are closed on the Weekends and on Holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or over the Weekend ship out on Monday, which is our next open business day. If there is a Holiday, your order will ship out the next open business day.

Please also note that the shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items being purchased and location of delivery.

When you place an order, you will be given three estimated shipping costs and also be provided an estimated delivery time frame.

The shipping dates that are given are only an estimation and does not guarantee that you will receive your package on that estimation.

At Checkout you are given three shipping options:

FedEx Smart Post takes 6-8 business days to be delivered,

*FedEx Smart Post is both FedEx and USPS. FedEx picks up the package and is then handed over to the nearest Post Office of the recipient's address. USPS will then make the final delivery.

FedEx Ground takes 5-6 days to be delivered,

USPS Priority takes 3-4 days to be delivered.

USPS First Class Mail is available for items weighing less than 1 lb, which takes 3-5 business days.

* USPS First Class packages are picked up by DHL then handed over to the nearest post Post Office of the shipping address. USPS will then make the final delivery.


We can only change contact or address information before your order ships out. Once an order ships out shipping address cannot be changed.

Kids Warehouse is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to the address provided being incorrect. If a package is returned due to a problem with the address, we will not reship the order. You will be given a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Therefore, we greatly encourage you to provide the correct information when placing your order and to re-check in your email confirmation.

We cannot add or delete items off an order once the order is placed. We can cancel the order and you may reorder with all the items you'd like.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS or FedEx and claimed not to be received are not the responsibility of Kids Warehouse and must be taken up with your local Post Office or FedEx. We can open a case of investigation with the shipping carrier to help locate your package, but it does not guarantee a refund or reshipment.


Product Packaging

We don't sell Collector’s Grade items. Most products arriving at our warehouse are in Standard Grade condition, meaning that they are brand new, but they have only minor issues such as scrapes, rubbing, dings, dents, or creases.
